Experian slow to report Discover 0 balance.

My discover account closes on nineth of each month, so on april 25 I paid off balance on my Discover card to 0.00. have been checking all my reports and Transunion equ has already reported 0 balance for my Discover account but experian is still showing that I have 100 dollar balance. Called Discover and they told that they reported to all three on the nineth of May. What is the problem with Experian.

ask them to do an off-cycle reporting of your balance, I thought Discover was a creditor that did that upon request

Re: Experian slow to report Discover 0 balance.

You posted this under "credit card approvals" by mistake. It should probably be under "general credit topics".

@firefox100, Experian has been slow to report on some issues.

You can call Discover and ask for an off cycle credit bureau update.

I had to do this for $7.00Smiley Tongue

Although it does not change my FICO8 (as nothing does anymore) I did it just because it bothered Me!!!

And yes, this should be moved from "Approvals"
