Sure thing. I do have 3 flags.

My EQ8 actually just jumped 13 points when AZEO kicked in, went from 660 to 673. I'm currently at 2% with a $225 balance on PayPal Credit.

I'll attach the 3 flags below, and I think opening 16 new accounts in the last 18 months plays a part in my high sensitivity.

Thanks for the detailed info!

And LOL at 16 new accounts in 18 months! That's legendary, even for app-happy myFICO forum members.

Re: FICO Score Stress Indicators/Indexes

As mentioned i think risk index is very heavily weighed on mortgage/installment loans obviously the new throne keeper just got a new mortgage / refi and this would put them at a 99-100% utilization on that installment loan.. Looks like in penalizes that quite heavily as mine is high as well be new car loan at 97%+ left and new mortgage at 98-99% left...

Also to note I am over 15-20 accounts in last two years as well as always chasing bonuses and new lenders so not hiding that if that also helps reverse engineer what this score is looking at.

Re: FICO Score Stress Indicators/Indexes

Yes, my rebuild was aggressive when I started 4/2019. I wouldn't recommend it for many people. What's even more crazier is that out of all those apps, I only had one denial.

No more apps for me for at least 18 months. I wouldn't be where I am if it wasn't for this forum. The knowledge here is priceless.

Re: FICO Score Stress Indicators/Indexes

Yes, my mortgage is at 99% but my auto loan is at 35% paid. Doesn't seem to make much a difference until I get a little higher and pass the installment threshold on the car.

I did close my starter cards after a year also which included Credit One, Inidgo, and Zales jewelry card. Such awful cards but they served their purpose.

How many hard pulls are you currently sitting with??? I'm at 51 total, about half of those being 12 months old.

That's a good theory. I just paid off a car loan and the new one reported last month, a month behind on payments. On top of that, I opened 10 new cards since January.

Re: FICO Score Stress Indicators/Indexes

EQ FICO Resilience Index

Leaderboard as of October 4, 2020

Breaking News

Dmessina666 has taken The Golden Chalice ...

...AND The Golden Sword from Brian_Earl_Spilner!!!

@tacpoly wins The Bat award for scoring a 39 with an EQ 8 850!

Lulah is still sole possessor of the Gold Key with a score of 37 !

  • FICO issued a press release about this score and it triggered a flurry of articles in the press.
  • The Washington Post published an article about this 'new score'.
  • Plenty more articles on Google here.
  • Many article authors are wondering if/when consumers will be able to obtain their score. (lol)
  • The first score was submitted to this thread on March 29, 2020.
  • New Podcast Interview: The Scores Vice President of FICO talks about the new FICO Resilience Index.

This Resilience Index score is included with a myFICO subscription. It will be shown on the dashboard.

And as always - lower rating (higher number) doesn't mean that person has a bad credit profile in any way.

This score is really sensitive to balance amounts and it doesn't matter if you have a 600 or 850.

Re: FICO Score Stress Indicators/Indexes

Incremental improvement to my Resilience score (from 43 to 39).  No red flags and no changes to FICO8 scores: still 850's across the board.

Re: FICO Score Stress Indicators/Indexes

@tacpoly: Last time, on 8-14-2020, you paid all cards to $0, which gave you EQ 846 and Resilience Index 43 with no flags.

Do you have a very low balance on 1 card this time?

You have the absolute best overall rating of anyone so far: highest EQ 8 score (850) with lowest Resilience Index score (39).

You should get the bat award. Some people hate bats, though.

In the 40 year old videogame that all of these awards came from, the bat has the power to take away any other object - even a dragon!
