@Anonymous wrote:I paid $743 (or $1,423 or $2,103) for 1 point on the Resilience Index.
New aggregate balance of $680 on 2 of 4 cards, coming from $1,423 last month on the other 2 cards.
Hi @Anonymous,
I forgot to write last month, my score was unchanged at 62 with the same two flags, high loans and high credit balances. This month, I had an increase of $368 on my total balances (8% overall) and I went to a 63 with the same two flags. I will pay it down in the interim and see if I can get to a 61 or lower by next month. I also will close my Credit One ($0/600) finally and see if that has a positive or negative impact overall.
Mine went up yesterday, from 60 to now 61. Probably because I opened a 3rd car loan last week

General Information about this score |
This Resilience Index score is included with a myFICO subscription. It will be shown on the dashboard.
And as always - lower rating (higher number) doesn't mean that person has a bad credit profile in any way. This score is really sensitive to balance amounts and it doesn't matter if you have a 600 or 850. |

Cassie/All,
I posted on another board and no one responded. Maybe someone in this thread can advise.
All,
I saw this on the Amex Website. About a year ago I had a baddy fall off my report. Are they referencing that? I can't find it on any other website or on annualcreditreport.com. Should I be concerned? There's no sign of any derogatory remarks on my 3B Monthly reports from myFico as well.

1) Time since derogatory public record or collection is too shortThe presence of a derogatory public record(such as a bankruptcy or tax lien) or collection is a powerful predictor of future payment risk. Satisfying the public record or paying off the collection will not remove the item from your credit report. It will still be considered by your FICO Score.
@joeyv1985: Is this from your AMEX EX 8 report, or is it from the AMEX myCreditGuide TU VS3 report?
Are you saying that you pulled all 3 bureaus on annualcreditreport.com and there are no derogatories listed anywhere?
That reason statement suggests something new just popped up somewhere. There is actually a service sold by these bureaus that will alert creditors when someone's score rises to some decent level, when they think it's more likely they can get paid for something years old. It might not even be your fault either. It could be some doctor's office error or similar.
thank you for this fun thread.
Hello Cassie,
It was the Experian Fico 8 score on Amex's website/app. They did an Experian HP when I applied. With that said, I went to annualcreditreport.com and downloaded just the Experian report and nothing showed up. As mentioned, my last baddie fell off my about a year ago and that's when my scores really took off. Nothing shows up on Credit Karma, myFICO, Experian.com or any other website so I can't figure out for the life of me why that showed up on Amex's website. Quite frankly, it's made me a little uncomfortable. Akin to paying your dues and being reminded of your past deeds.
Hello y'all!!! December's report came thick and full of updates! One of them is my Resilience Index. Here is my post on this thread about my Resilience Index (Oct 25)
1. The two Red flags are gone!!! ٩( ᐛ )و
2. There is zero ref flags for new accounts, or HP, or hit to AAoA... NOTHING! 🍾
3. Resilience Index upgraded to the next bracket, and now I am Resilient! 😏🤣👍🏼
And, allow me please, to flash my new and improved EQ8 Score!!! (((773))) A whopping increase of (((118 pts.))) over the Oct-Nov flat line of 655.
I am beyond stoked!!!
Things that helped the score and RI:
- New Card / $5k SL / $0 Util
- New Disco it / $5k SL / $0 Util
- New NFCU SSL / $5k - 5yrs / 3.9% Util
- None of the HP were from EQ. NFCU SSL and Card went through with SP.
- Credit mix: 6 CC / 1 open IL / 2 closed auto loans.
- Dropped as AU from 2 out of 3 cards
- From 60% of AU accounts (3 of 5), dropped to 17% (1 of 6).
@Anonymous I changed screen name recently, I was BLM11. Could you please update it on your Resilience Index table along my updated Resilience Index? Thank you!
