So with that out of the way, I checked my Fico score on Discover and it pulled a 713. I believe it's TU. Is it accurate enough to trust? I don't want to pull the FICO score off this site if it's accurate (or one of the more accurate TU scores).
The Discover score is TU 08.
This is not nearly the only score used by lenders, but it's a good one to track.
Congratulations
So is the Discover score more "accurate" than the one provided by this site? I know that might be an odd question to ask.
That score is 1of 49 fico scores out there
At least that is what we are all told.
But they are ALL true scores

Grats to your success
Yes, there are many "true" FICO scores, and yes, it's frustrating not to always know what exact scoring model someone is using.
I checked my TransUnion FICO scores on this (myFICO) site THREE times since last Fall (9/13, 12/13 and 3/14), and each time my FICO Score (TU98) has been 750.
I thought a score of 750 wasn't too bad, but then had somewhat of a shock to see my corresponding TransUnion FICO score over on the Discover site, when they started giving out free FICO scores last Fall. Each month since December 2013 my Discover FICO Score (TU08) has been only 718! A consistent difference of 32 points comparing myFICO (TU98) score of 750 vs. Discover (TU08) score of 718. Frustrating, yes, but at least I now know that such a difference truly exists . . . !!!
congrats
Congrats! keep up the good work!!!
WTG Congrats on your journey to the 700 club!! Woo hoo~
