Fingerhut building credit history

I recently open A fingerhut account and my current balance is 60$ and my minimum monthly payment is $5.95 and I was wondering should I just pay the minimum so I can build some credit history or just pay it off.

Pay in full by due date, no need to carry a balance and pay interest just for scoring purposes as it would not make a difference.
