Aha...exactly what I expected and stated in previous post.
I can't count the number of times I thought the problem was on my end and it was actually a glitch occuring on theirs.
Update: She tried again this morning and it finally worked! Looks like they fixed the glitch. She's really excited to be starting her credit journey now!!
