GW when TL also exists on spouse's CR?

Suppose a TL exists on both spouse's CR (eg. a CC account).

If you were sending a GW letter to the CC company to have (1) 30-day late removed, would it need to be sent from both parties to get both CR's updated?  Or, would deleting it from one CR automatically update the TL on the other spouse's CR?

Anyone have any experience with this scenario?

Send from both parties requesting to have it remove from both crpts. Type both names at bottom of letter but DO NOT sigh. If sent under only one name it would most likely be removed from only one account.
