Getting very frustrated with Equifax

There is a tl on my report for an old Citibank account.  It's from many years ago and it's still on my report.  I recently disputed it with Eq due to age.  It came back with the "updated" information that I have been recalled to active military duty.  What???  I've never been in the military.  Makes me wonder who is minding the store at EQ, and what else I am going to find in my report.

You surprised? It's a wonder most of the garbage on the reports is correct.
