i purchased a car from Honda July 2015 and authorized a credit check so they could beat the pre-approved offer I walked in with (which they did). But looking at my HP inquires, there are 3, Fifth Third, Honda and Chase auto of which I didn't use any. The bank they offered the best deal on was PNC which wasn't even pulled. Should I get these others off or is that even possible, does this effect my score?

It counts as 1 inquiry and it is normal. No, you cannot get them off your report as you authorized it.
Agreed.

+1
It should not be too much of a concern with it being reported as one

FICO scores it as one, a creditor's computer doesn't and see's them as multiple inquries when applying for new credit.

If they're properly coded they'll score as one even though they report separately. You can't get them removed. They're valid and they had permissible purpose. If you want to limit hard pulls when car shopping then sort out your financing ahead of time and don't let the dealership handle it for you.
Thanks everyone for your comments. I am learning so much about credit on this forum and I thought I had it all down, lol! If I knew then what I know now I would have just went with my pre-approval but thought if they could beat it, why not. Live and learn.
