Had one credit card with BoA and they have three baddies on my CR!

I know for a fact that I only had one credit card with Bank of America that had a credit limit of $3,000. They are reporting to TU and EX three different baddies and one is a line of credit, which I've never even had in my life! It looks as though they added more accounts because they were mad and wanted to screw me even harder for not paying my one CC.

All of my other bad credit cards show up as belonging to a CA, but all three of these just show BoA everywhere. Is it possible that BoA still owns the debt even though the card was closed over 6 years ago?

Should I send the TU and EX requests to delete the two baddies that are false or do I need to send a DV for each one of these to BoA?

If you have the account numbers that are reported, I'd suggest calling BoA and trying to sort out what the different accounts are.

But you need to check your SOL also.

Where did you copy this from?  It doesn't look like my CR.  A CR will show the name of the CA  along with the name of the OC that they are collecting for or who they bought it from.

IF BOA is the OC and they are reporting this  I would dispute it as  *not mine*

Also on CR  with the OC  it should give you the drop date.   You do not get that from a monitoring service.

On two reports it shows I had 3 BofA credit cards. Two included in BK 5+ years ago and one gone to collection in '06. I've never gone to collection, even with the BK and nobody's tried to collect from me.

I'm not even sure I'm reading these reports correctly. Dealing with this right now.

Most of my baddies are very old. I just have one that's in in the SOL and it expires next month. All of the BoA accounts are outside of the SOL by at least one year. I'm in Maryland and the SOL here is three years.

I copied it from the myFICO Suze Orman Platinum Fico Kit under TransUnion, Accounts, and clicked on each name to get the popup info. I subscribe to Suze Orman Kit and Score Watch on this site, Privacy Matters 123, and just bought a report from Experian. The SuzeOrman shows the most info on my baddies and it just says BoA, where all my other baddies show a CA.
