Has Experian ever given wrong credit score?

So I finally got my Fico score around 650 so I applied for 4 places... 2 places automatically gave me credit and the other 2 denied me. In one of the letters it said my experian credit score was 640 and the other score was 362. How could I have a 362 credit score?

Look closely at the denial letter it should state what model the score is coming from. Odds are that the 362 is some in house score model.
