Has anyone had any luck with Macy's

I have a Macy's CO listed on my CR.  Before I knew about PFD I made a settlement for 60% of the balance.  Last month I sent them a GW letter asking them if they would remove this from my CR, but I heard nothing back.  I was thinking about sending them another letter offering a PFD for the remaining balance, however I don't think this would really interest them considering the remaining balance is only $95. 

I want to know if anyone has had any luck with Macy's.  I searched through the threads and did not see any success stories.

Hi headspin, Keep on with the GW letters until you wear them out or get a response. I personally don't have any experience with Macy's, but it doesn't hurt to keep asking.

Macys has been good to me by removing lates on my record. I would call them if I were you. $95 is a lot of money to a company.  call 800 627 2909

Macy's has been good to me. They have removed 6 30 day lates on 3 accts. and CLI on 2 of them. If it helps, all of these lates are older then 2 years. Good Luck
