I disputed one of my two missouri state tax leins on my tu report. What are the chances that they will pop back up on my ex and eq?

The CRA's do not report to one another. The only exception is fraud alerts.

Are they valid disputes or are you just stirring the pot hoping to get something good out of it?

Depends on how you look at it.

I never actually owed either of them. I forgot to file a zero report.

They're both reporting released, but they both show that I owed $1322 each.

If you ask me I think the amount is incorrect, if you ask Missouri they say you shouldn't have screwed up.

I'm just afraid of an automatic system that will send a verification to all three bureaus.

Have you spoken with the Tax Authority/Dept?

a few years ago, we rec'd a delinquent notice for past taxes due. Same scenario, my husband had failed to file a quarter as there was "$0.00" due. I called the Tax Dept and they agreed to zero out the amount due, however wanted penalties. I resisted and after a bit, the woman I spoke with advised me to put my abatement request in writing in an email. They then removed the penalties as well.

To answer my own question, the chances were very good, one popped up on eq today.
