Help with PFD and GW Letters

Hi All - I'm new here, so bear with me!  I have two PFD letters that I'm in the process of preparing and need help in determining who exactly to send it to...both accounts show on my CR under the OC however have been contacted for them through CA's (not listed under accounts on the CR).  So should I send the PFD to the OC or the CA? Both?

Also, in terms of GW letters for PIF collection accounts, should I send those to the OC?  Any ideas on what to say?

Send PFD to whoever is reporting. Never talk to a CA on the phone! all Letters go CMRRR

In your case CMRRR the OC

Any help with the wording for a PFD to the OC?  Do I mention the CA in the letter to OC?  What personal information (other than name, address, acct number) should I give, if any?

I think I have asked before, why can't you PFD the OC even if the CA is the one reporting.  I have 3 medical collections reporting that I want to PFD as soon as I am in a position to.  I was going to basically request the OC to pull the account back from the CA and PFD.  I am pretty certain the CA did not buy these debts, but are only collecting for them.

Collection Agency agrees to delete ALL information regarding this account from the credit reporting agencies WITHIN TEN CALENDAR (10) DAYS following receipt of payment as specified above and will not discuss the terms of this settlement with anyone, excluding your client on this account. If contacted by any third party, including credit-reporting agencies, Collection Agency will not acknowledge that any settlement offer was made, accepted or executed and will, in fact, deny knowledge of any such account.

Do I need the above paragraph at all then?  Or just replace Collection agency with "your office"  or something like that?
