i was debating on doing a PIF
but then i got to thinking about what might happen if i send it off and they see that it is only reporting to one of my credit reporting agencies, then i'd basically screw myself if they decided to not accept the PIF or if they then reported it to the other 2
so i was putting it off until i got the house, then go from there
luckily i didn't do anything, and no disputes were sent off
