How Can I get a LIVE BODY at EQ?

My rpt is grossly missing DOLA and I have 5 TL's who's RSOL exp this year and I want to make sure EQ don't screw with me.

Does ANYONE have a phone number that allows you to speak with an agent or at least know how to navigate the hellomated system so I can get to one?

It was a free report entitlement and in looking at it again I don't see a report number anywhere except in the address bar I saw this FACTCRD471160987.

Could those numbers be it?

I would be willing to spend $7 just to have a non-factact report number.

Do you have EQ or is it CSC?

I always call this number 1-877-47-GUARD. Never had any problems getting through to someone! Good Luck!
