Newer fintech companies like those are probably also pulling from data sources other than Equifax, Transunion, Experian, and Innovis.

 

Not all data sources (or even all CRAs) are part of Opt-Out Prescreen...

 

I don't know if Prosper, etc honor DMAchoice, but you could also try the opt-out there, it might help. (It does cost a couple of bucks, though.)
