could I claim I never lived there at all? Its been teared down now. Hopeing that in some way if I say I never lived there it would clear up some accounts related to that address.

You can try to dispute it with the credit bureaus. Technically the only way soemthing can coem off the credit report if it is inaccurate or not coorect.

Yes you can. Just call and say, I don't recall living at that address.
