If the CRA deletes a TL during dispute, can the CA put it back on?

If the CA provides proper DV, can they instruct to put the information BACK on the CR after the CRA deleted it?   Thanks.

Yes but I believe each CRA that had it removed previously must notify you within 5 days of it's reinsertion.

Thanks.  TU deleted the item the day they received the dispute letter.  Boy did my FAKO score jump.  But the CA sent me a DV.  I'd imagine they'll be doing the same to TU?
