Inquiries from non CC?

So Im going to apply for some new cards, hoping recent inqs wont have too much of an effect. I have 2 in recent ones from comcast and AT and T, cell phone and cable. Do these count the same as all other inqs? They're on the hard list....grr.

When I moved to chicago, my bottle water delivery took a credit pull on me, WTF!

if they are on the hard list, im sorry to say I think they will count the same, someone else might weigh in
