The first one is obvious: Bill Me Later. I believe CreditPlus is a 3rd party that pulls reports for mortgage lenders.
I would pull the report directly from the CRA (not from here) and look at the demographics section. Make sure there are no other names or addresses that don't resemble your own.
You can always dispute them, but that could result in a fraud alert being placed on all three CRAs. If they indeed are not yours, then think about ID theft and consider a police report. If there's an inquiry, there could be an associated tradeline.
