Well, this type of Company/service was created specifically for the Banks to safeguard them from potentially bad customers. I don't believe it was ever intended to be used in the manner it is now.
How far back to they keep info? For auto insurance, any tickets oler than 3-5 years no longer affect rates. But what if you were overdrawn ten years ago, or even had a bad check?
I have heard thse companies have more information than they should, and it's scare that it just out there.
Since I'm able to open bank accounts just fine, I'm not too terribly worried about what's in mine. But my curiosty is definitely high, about just what they have on me.
