Is there an updated list on cards and which bureaus they pull per state?

Wondering if there is a list that is up to date or if anyone has any recent experience when they applied for cards, which Bureaus they pulled? Also if they had a business credit card 1st , if getting a personal card was easier? I have heard that AMEX SPs for personal if you have a Business Card already with them

I have Amex and Disco, but no WF. Everybody seems to pull EX here in CO
