I have 3 judgments. Bad news is that they are over 3 years old and I went to go finance a home and was turned down. I tried to pay them but both companies no longer exist. I have tried for 3 months and hired a credit repair business. We can not locate anyone to pay thee judments. I contacted the court system, this was their answer " we can take your money but we can not remove the judgment". If the company no longer exist why should I have to pay anyone? Does anyone have any advice?
