I'm not sure how this happened, but I had lates reappear from Sears and Cap1. Like, 6 of them. I got updated credit reports showing them removed and everything and now, they're back. Do I have options?
you're not alone! crapital one lates have been removed, then reappear, then remove, then reappear. It's total Bull$hit. I feel bad for you, I hope you feel bad for me too, because they did the same $hit to me.
oh, and I'm sorry but there really doesn't seem to be an option other then GW for them, and they don't seem to like to extend it.
What I did was just close the account so I just have lates on TU, and no more reporting activity on any other CR. If utilization is not an issue with you, I'd close the account. Plus I'm guessing you're paying at least $60 annual fee for that cap one card.
