First time ordering my LexisNexis full file disclosure..

I'm 40ish years old (have 20+ years of credit), have bought & sold 3 real estate properties, lived in 5 states, filed Chapter 7 BK almost 15 years ago, clean driving record, no property insurance claims.

The file is two hundred + pages -- over a half inch thick. Photo below if you don't believe me. It's gonna take awhile to sift through all of this data. Getting my post-it notes handy to mark pages with incorrect info.

For any who have ordered their Full File Disclosures, how did you go about identifying the errors? What were your results when contacting LexisNexis to correct or remove the info?

What exactly is a lexis nexis report? I’m assuming every mistake you’ve ever made is in there? Even if it was a long time ago? And do lenders pull it?
