I also got that offer the other day but I chickened out.
I pushed accept, checked the accuracy of the info the application populated, filled in 2 or 3 minor details that it asked that weren't on the prequalify part, and hit submit. About 20 seconds later I got "You will receive your new card in the mail in 7-10 business days" with a confirmation of the apr and credit line. One of the easiest apps I've done. The prequal wants a little more info than most but once you get an offer it takes about a minute to complete the app and get approved. I'm definitely happy that I used this prequalifier to scratch my itch for a new line. Thanks for the welcome. I've lurked around the forums reading a bit but I made an account today specifically so I could say thanks for the lead.

Am I the only one getting a message on Citibank's site that they are not doing any online preapprovals at the moment? I haven't visited them ever until now when I clicked on the link below.
