Mortgage company checked all 3 credit scores. 

Myfico is showing this as 3 inquiries. 

Shouldn't this be considered 1 inquiry?

For rate shopping purposes, yes. FICO-wise, they'll count as 1 when there are multiple hits on a single CR, but all still show up. In this case each CR will show 1 inquiry from the same lender.

Mortge Companies pull all three and use your middle score for mortgage you don't just get one pull.  In theory inquiries within X period are treated as one for mortgage lenders etc, but other creditors see it a bit different in reality.  For mortgage shopping you are certainly fine though

Three HPs for mortgage would be treated as one only if all three were on the same CRA, and done within specific period of time.

Since you only have one per CRA, each will "count". 

Inquiries can only be binned on the same report, not between all three reports.
