I don't think I've seen that happen with Navy in my time here on myFICO.
I've read about it happening with other lenders though.
Maybe send a message or give Navy a call.
NFCU released FICO 9 updates this morning. Went from 677 to 681, still patiently waiting to reach 700, however hopefully adequate enough to be approved for a More Rewards card in the coming weeks.
