Need Help

I have several accounts that are on my CR.  Im not sure exactly how to tackle these account.  

Applied Bank

CL $500

High balance $1173 (don't know how it doubled!)

Drop date Oct 2012

Status: Discharged thru bankruptcy

First Premier Bank

CL NA

High Balance $526

Recent balance $525

Status: Account charged off/Past due 90 days. $526 written off. $525  past due as of Jan 2008.

Portfolio Recovery & affil

CL $746

Recent Balance $747

Drop date July 2013

OC: Midland Credit Management (I've never had an acct with this company)

Portfolio Recovery & affil

CL $576

Recent Balance $600

Recent payment $5 (I never sent them a payment)

Drop date August 2013

OC: HSBC

I DV Portfolio Recovery on both accounts on March 14.  I am still waiting to hear back from them.

Would it be best if I just PIF all of these accounts.  I want to raise my score asap.

I do not know much about BK  but I think this should read  IIB   bal $0

             Dispute CRAs   give them the case # for BK      if any of these others were included in BK  tell the CRAs

        This is also a violation     they put that their to change the SOL     Is HSBC reporting on this account???    if so look at the DOFD

Since you have already disputed & sent DV letters     it look like you are still within SOL   be ready to pay....they might decide to file suit.

Keep all hard copies of your CR  forever  you may need them.

The account does have a 0 balance, but I would like it to be deleted from my CR.  I have submitted several disputes online and I included the case # and discharge date for the BK.  All they do is update the information.  Is there a letter that I could submit to the OC asking for them to have it removed from my CR?

How would I find out who the OC is on this account?  Is there anything that I can do to have this deleted since Portfolio is reporting incorrectly?
