New MyFICO Survey

While logged into the myFICO portal reviewing a recent score change alert, I noticed a small survey in the bottom right hand side of the screen.

The question was:

Which of these possible myFICO improvements would you value the most?

• Make identity alerts easier to understand
• Add more info about why more score changed in Alerts
• Get monthly summaries of alerts and other account activities
• Get inquiry alerts that arrive within seconds of a new credit application
• Show individual account information in FICO score ingredients

Once you selected an answer, it prompts you to pick your second choice.

For me my selections were:

1. Show individual account information in FICO score ingredients
2. Add more info about why my score changed in Alerts
