Nfcu blocked the account for 24hours

Anyone experienced nfcu blocked the accounts access for 24 hours
My brother just recently opened the membership and he did a first time Zelle transfer it was detected as Suspicious activity and it willl be released they said in 24 hours the Accounts?

Oh yeah, I know all too well about the Navy Fed blocked account. lol
Sometimes their fraud department can be a little over zealous.

Even after it's unblocked, tread carefully for the first 6 months or so.

I found this article about Zelle. So maybe it’s a good thing NFCU did what it did just in case. So a question—did brother fund his account then immediately do a transfer. If yes, that may have spooked NFCU.
