No loan activity?

"You have no recent activity from a non-mortgage installment loan.

Your credit report shows no recent non-mortgage loans (such as auto or student loans) or sufficient recent information about your loans. Having a loan along with other types of credit demonstrates that a person is able to manage a variety of credit types."

I am paying off a student loan that has changed hands a few times (don't recall original --> Sallie Mae --> Navient). Why does it say I have no loans?

Re: No loan activity?

It sounds like it isn't being reported. Is this from a credit monitor or a lender?

Re: No loan activity?

I've been getting this message from my FICO and any credit card that gives me the FICO score for several years now (about the time I started checking my FICO score).
