No score with FICO on TU & EQ

Ok I just signed up for Fico Complete It gave me errors on TU and EQ it reported EX. I am working hard to get my score up but I can't even see what it is with Fico? Any Ideas.

Did it refer you to customer service?

It'd probably be good to post what the error said too so people can let you know if they're seen it before.

I'm calling now. It said I didn't have enough info for a score, but I got scores on other websites.

I thought I was the only myFICO customer that was having this problem, only I cannot see my EX score and it's driving me NUTS! I've subscribed to ScoreWatch for almost three years and purchased the Suze Orman Kit a few weeks ago just to get my other two scores, but I could only get TU. I haven't been able to get my score with EX after trying at least 10 times. It gives three reasons, but there isn't anyway I don't meet those requirements. I'm not dead and I have more accounts that show up with EX than EQ or TU.

I called myFICO and they said that EX must be blocking them somehow. I called them and verified that there isn't a security freeze or alert on my account so I guess I won't ever be able to see my EX FICO score.

Have you had credit longer than 6-8 months? FICO can not generate a score with out a minimum of history.

Yes, I've had things reported to the CRAs for over 12 years. Some baddies just started falling off a few months ago. I have about 12 accounts that are currently being reported to EX. I have disputed a few of them the past few weeks and EX also recently updated my name and addresses so there is definately some info that has been reported in the last 6 months.

I noticed EX has an old old address so I entered that address as a previous address with myFICO and attempted to run it through and the same error came up. I then changed my current address on myFICO to match the one that is showing my current (old) address on EX and the same thing happened. EQ has the same old address showing as my current address and I can pull my EQ score.

Any other ideas? I would love to figure out how to get my EX FICO.

Ok after being on hold with Fico for over 45 Min. I was told that my address & name did not match. TU had a wrong Address and EQ has a different address and middle name!! They have my dad's info! what a mess.

I hope this will be fixed as part of my of my rapid re-score package that was sent out.

This board is great! Thats for all the input..
