I have a $29 collection account with a CA called "Park Dansan". It was showing on EQ and EX but not TU. Two weeks ago I sent a PFD (standard, slightly modified from the sample one here) and had not heard anything.
Today when I updated TrueCredit, the account has disappeared from EX but is still showing on EQ.
What could be the explanation for that? Might it reappear later? I offered to pay the debt so not sure why they would delete without getting pymt.
Thanks for any insight.. I'm new and trying to figure this out.
