Could someone help me with this I have Presidio and LVNV on our credit reports and they are from Providian. When we looked at our Utilization that amount is included and makes our Utl way up there. can they do this since they are JDB and Collection companies the Date of Last Payment was 12/2001. I just need 32 more points to close on our home
I had the same thing basically on 7 cards but they have dropped the utilization
way down as I paid them off now down to showing on only 2 cards, but it is the interest that sends mine way up over, I am just waiting for these last 2 to show as paid...
Good luck & keep me posted - LVNV is ruining my credit - has been for two years!!! They keep raising the amount every month when they report and they probably bought the account for $70
