I disputed an account with TU and called for the MOV. They have tossed me around, lied to me about the mov, put me on hold over and over, and not given me an answer. They said they use email or phone (3x's) and the sup said they do neither. They also said that they can not give out numbers, just the process. So I am still on hold and trying to type fast before they pick up. I used all of the FCRA points any more???? Thanks and hope this is readable.
