I applied online for a cc and they gave me two options. One secured and one unsecured but with an initial 19.00 to start. I applied for that and they said I was approved, I could either submit my debit card info for the 19.00 or they would send me the info to mail it in. I selected the mail in. Now when I check status it says it is in review. Why is that? It did not tell me when it said approved what my limit would be.
