One of the agencies is United Collections right out of Seattle. The other is a lawyers office out of New York, I believe. The latter one was removed during a dispute, but I just got a letter from them the other day. Also, the CR show a different CA.
I was on the AG site and saw the list of collection agencies that have been fined in our state for non-compliance. Some of them lost their license and can no longer collect. I see we do not play around when it comes to this kind of thing.
