Since you already have accounts with them. Yes they can see your reports thru SP's. Now when it comes to getting more credit with them. Then it would be a HP and thats when you'd have to thaw your freezes so they can follow thru on their decision for approvals. I'm also new with them so I dont know how solid their pre-approvals are. Someone will chime in that part of your question.
