Paid CA now what?

I had a charged off credit card then got sent to a CA.  I made payments with the CA and they agreed to delete if off of my credit report.  Here's my problem:  The OC is still showing up on my credit report as a charge off and it looks like I have totally neglected the account.  What, if anything, can I do?

Is the OC reporting a 0 balance?  If so then time and or a goodwill letter will help you there.  If the OC is reporting a balance then I would certainly dispute the tradeline (with the CRA's) as being inaccurate.

Dispute it as paid if it is showing a balance.

Dispute it as in accurate balance.  The OC can continue to report for the 7 years period  from DOFD  but must show Bal $0   they can state  paid Co   settled after CO   things like that.

You can start sending GW letters.
