I moved to a new building on 2nd of Septemeber where Peoples Gas is delivering.

Since then I have a new account on my CreditKarma report alias "Peoples Engy":

Reporting with 0$.

Is that normal?

Probably, utility tradelines are brand spanking new in the grand scheme of things, and I don't know if there's a standard for their reporting but I'm guessing unless you're behind on your payments it'd report $0.

May be wrong on that admittedly as it's just personal conjecture.

People's reports in the balance owed on your bill randomly. They do for me. Recently they updated me balance to be 70‰ less than what it was previously reporting at and I lost significant points on my FICO. Not at all pleased and trying to speak to PG to understand their reporting criteria has been a nightmare.

And they have been reporting since I've had the account (almost 7 years).

I moved almost 7 months ago and disputed with all bureaus but still reflects I am open/current with a $24 balance. Last update was April. My ending balance was paid in full and I received a check of my deposit. How do I get the account to reflect $0 and closed.
