That erros is in experian's file solely.I even got in touch with fico and they told me the same thing. Make sure you escalate the dispute. Talk to the supervisors only. They're still unhelpful but you have to walk them through since they have no idea what they're doing. Also file the complaints with all the agencies mentioned above. This is a sirious FTC and FCRA violations. They've been sued plenty of times for reporting fraudulent information.

https://imgur.com/a/cr-adverse-vRoDmv5 Finally found the adverse account. It was on TR annualcreditreport. But the TR help support person could not help me with what is adverse. There are No square brackets on any item to explain... like top info says it would indicate. It's the "insurance loss" keywords I assume is the issue ? Car stolen and insurance paid out back in 2019. So i guess that is a negative which is a bit unfair.
have you contacted the lender and asked them to fix it?
did you fail to pay something before insurance paid?
Ive never missed any payments. "Insurance loss" is what triggered in my case the phantom delinquency on my fico 8 (experian). Call the lender and tell them to change the wording
Same here. It only affected my fico 8 and also showed up as a ghost delinquency 60 days+. My fico 8 was 690 and the rest 820+. Write a letter to the lender. Explain the situation. Its the experian's algorithm that's translting it as a bad account... is you account also Toyota motor corp ?
You can also file a complaint with State Attorney General. Credit bureaus are afraid of them. As soon as you get the federal government agencies involved, that's when they get a reality check. Untill then, they're just deflecting you...
