Purchased by another lender and DOFD...

On my EX report. I have 2 accounts that read, "Account will continue on record til 09/08" But in the Statement from the OC, it reads, "Purchased by another lender" I see no other information on my reports that show this account is being handled by anyone else.

What exaclty does this mean?

Purchased by another lender means they sold the account. The new account holder may or may not report.

Account will continue...........means that it will come off your report that date.

Keep a hard copy of that CR forever   just in case the new owner comes outta da woodwork at a later date.
