Question about Equifax credit report

Just pulled all 3 of my credit reports to get my FICO 8 Scores. I noticed on my Equifax report it shows accounts in collections. But it only shows a partial account number and amount. No creditor name nor contact info. Is this something I can dispute to get removed. I have no way to verfiy if any of this is mine.

Have you tried pulling your free yearly credit reports they will probally have more information.

Dispute it. Improper listing without correct info. Unless you know who it is.
