Question re: DV

I am so confused. For collections, do I DV the actual CA or CRA?? And how would I proceed to do this if its past SOL?  What about if the collection is paid? Thanks.

Paid collection = GW

Some have had success with disputing a paid CA account and not having the CA verify  - but that isn't the norm

You DV a CA not a CRA (they get disputed but that is later, IMO)
