Questions on Freezing CR

I have decided to put a stop on apping and let my accounts age. I understand we can freeze CR so no can do inquiries on the report. I have few questions.

Once we freeze the CR, can the present Creditors still access the CR to do Account Reviews and other things such as update the balances and limits?

Can we still continue with dispute of existing negative items with CRA?

Will there be any negative impact with existing Creditors if we freeze the CR?

To freeze CR do we have to talk all 3 CRA's individually or is there any place at one location we can do this?

I read on another board that your current creditors and even CA's who are on your report can still gain access to your CR. Again it's something I've read, but never confirmed.

Thanks Branz. Does it mean the current creditors can still do a hard inq and rack up the hard inq's or just soft inq's?
