Has any lenders/applicants experienced the recent changes for approvals on a My Community 100% mortgage loan? I believe the collections balance was reduced (used to be to below 5k), along with other possible changes.
Also, what's the norm mid score needed to get an approval for a My Comm 100%? I'm sitting between 582-620 for my mid range right now.... with a med collection totaling $4,380 that I'm slowly paying down.
