Removing a Fraud Alert from my credit report

Can anyone tell me how to get a Fraud Alert removed from my credit report. I noticed that I am being denied for credit due to companies seeing that alert on my file.

Simply send a request, along with sufficient proof of your identity, to the CRA.  FCRA 605A(a)(1).
