Requesting Sage Wisdom for Multiple Questions

I would like to thank this forum for providing many answers to questions as I have read various posting that have helped me learn a great deal about credit reporting and scores.  While mine are in shambles, hope they will be better some day....also, thanks to any and all in advance who take the time to reply to this posting.  Here we go:

1.  I subscribed to True Credit as a source of all three bureau scores and after much work, received my scored online today.  TC repoted my equifax as (embarassed) 564.  I have been in the past a subscriber to equifaxs score power.  My score power report today is 520.  What am I paying for?  Any thought as to why there is such big discrepency?  Should there be any discrepancy at all?  I wouldnt think so, but maybe I am missing something.

2.  If you have disputed items on your report, does this effect your score at all?  I have several accounts listed after the investigation is completed that show "customer disputed."  Since there is not going to be any change in the account, does it effect my score at all?

3.  My home mortgage was updated by equifax today as "account closed by customer request'?  I didnt request anything and I checked w/ Countrywide and they show my account being open?  Any suggestions on this?

I have a million others, so if there are any mentors out there that need a mentee, let me know.  E-mail can be sent  to forum username @ yahoo.com

TC is FACO scores. I only use it to pull my CR every day. When I want FICO scores I then pay myfico and get them.

Dispute with CRA  mortgage as inaccurate.

Some people show a slight drop in scores when disputing and some do not. As so many things are still going on at the same time as dispute it is hard to tell.

See the Credit Monitoring link in my sig.

Yes

Disputed in the comments might help on manual review for a loan or credit app, but it's gonna depend.

3. My home mortgage was updated by equifax today as "account closed by customer request'? I didnt request anything and I checked w/ Countrywide and they show my account being open? Any suggestions on this?
Ask Countrywide to correct it. If they give you any runaround, ask whether you should dispute it with the CRAs to get them to correct it.
